Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead its Accounts Payable function. You will ensure invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time while maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting overall financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the accounts payable team to guarantee accurate and timely invoice processing.
• Review and approve vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage communications with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date vendor records in the accounting system.
• Conduct regular audits of AP transactions to enforce internal controls.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities related to AP.
• Prepare reports and analyze AP data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements for AP management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or finance.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, internal controls, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
