Assistant Manager ATM Business

About the role

The Assistant Manager ATM Business will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the ATM network, ensuring high availability, optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with IT, vendors and internal teams to deliver a seamless cash‑handling experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily ATM operations to guarantee maximum uptime and service availability across the network.
• Manage ATM platform functionality, including monitoring, incident management and coordination with IT and third‑party vendors.
• Ensure efficient cash‑management processes such as forecasting, replenishment and reconciliation to minimize downtime and control costs.
• Monitor performance KPIs (uptime, transaction success rate, cash‑out incidents) and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate vendor maintenance, service‑level agreements and compliance with SAMA regulations.
• Support network expansion and optimisation based on business needs and customer demand.
• Identify and introduce new ATM features and digital capabilities, e.g., QR services.
• Handle incident resolution, customer complaints and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in ATM operations, cash management or related banking processes.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) regulations and internal banking policies.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and service‑level agreements.
