Assistant Manager – Cybersecurity Architecture

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity architecture framework. You will shape the security posture across digital and operational environments, ensuring alignment with growth and innovation objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain security design principles and standards for secure systems and applications.
• Assess existing security architectures, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to embed security architecture throughout the SDLC and operational phases.
• Monitor emerging cybersecurity technologies and integrate relevant solutions to strengthen the architecture.
• Provide mentorship, promote security awareness, and lead presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Engage with external partners and vendors to evaluate and align security solutions with architectural goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven experience developing enterprise‑level cybersecurity architectures for complex environments.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to solve complex security problems.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISA are highly desirable.
• In‑depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
