Assistant Manager - Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Finance Planning & Analysis will design and own Almosafer’s financial planning framework, driving the budgeting cycle and supporting the company’s IPO readiness. This position serves as the central hub for financial modeling, forecasting and performance intelligence, enabling senior leadership to make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the three‑phase budgeting process (Preparation, Top‑Down, Deep‑Dive) and ensure execution aligns with corporate goals.
• Build and maintain a dynamic, driver‑based three‑statement model that integrates the business plan.
• Manage quarterly rolling forecasts, establishing clear timelines, templates and governance for Finance Business Partners.
• Develop and maintain a 5‑year IPO‑ready business plan, performing sensitivity and scenario analyses.
• Act as technical lead for IPO due‑diligence, providing accurate financial data and reconciliations.
• Conduct weekly and monthly variance analysis, delivering a comprehensive Performance Intelligence Package that combines P&L, cash flow and balance‑sheet insights.
• Support the creation of a centralized financial dataset as a single source of truth for corporate reporting.
• Drive process improvement and digitalisation of budgeting templates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a large, fast‑growing organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead budgeting and forecasting cycles and to produce driver‑based financial models.
• Experience supporting IPO preparation or similar high‑visibility financial projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights for senior management.
