Assistant Manager – IT Quality & Compliance

About the role

The Assistant Manager, IT Quality & Compliance will support the implementation and monitoring of IT quality and compliance practices across the organization. You will help ensure adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements while contributing to continuous improvement of system reliability, security, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor IT compliance with approved policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in validating the effectiveness of IT controls across systems, infrastructure, applications, and services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date compliance documentation, evidence repositories, and control registers.
• Support periodic compliance and quality reviews of key IT processes such as access management, change management, incident and problem management, and system security.
• Track IT risk, compliance findings, corrective actions, owners, and timelines; highlight overdue or high‑risk items.
• Support monitoring of IT quality metrics, KPIs, and service performance indicators.
• Analyze incident trends and control weaknesses to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of relevant experience in IT quality, compliance, or related functions.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders to address compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
