Assistant Outlet Manager – Hospitality

About the role

As the Assistant Outlet Manager at Miraval The Red Sea, you will support the Outlets Manager and Director of Food & Beverage in delivering mindful, high-quality service across all food and beverage outlets. The role focuses on training colleagues, ensuring consistent service standards, and fostering a culture of quality that reflects the brand’s wellness philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and reinforce Miraval’s service and quality standards throughout the outlet.
• Conduct regular service audits, workflow observations and quality checks to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing daily feedback and recognition to build a strong quality mindset.
• Oversee the selection, evaluation, motivation and discipline of staff, ensuring cultural and core standards are met.
• Handle guest complaints, special requests and public relations issues with a mindful approach.
• Ensure the quality of food items, ingredients and preparation methods, and provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
• Collaborate closely with the Outlets Manager and Director of Food & Beverage on operational support and training initiatives.
