Assistant Public Area Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join a world‑class resort in Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Project as an Assistant Public Area Manager. You will support the Public Area Manager in delivering immaculate shared spaces that reflect the brand’s luxury standards and sustainability ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in directing daily cleaning operations across lobbies, restaurants, elevators, and outdoor arrival areas.
• Conduct frequent inspections to ensure compliance with Luxury Quality Assessment (LQA) standards.
• Lead, coach and motivate Public Area Attendants and Supervisors, fostering a culture of heartfelt hospitality.
• Coordinate routine and deep‑cleaning programs, including marble polishing, carpet shampooing, and VIP event setups.
• Liaise with Engineering, Front Office and F&B to resolve maintenance issues and guest concerns promptly.
• Monitor eco‑friendly cleaning chemical usage and equipment inventory, adhering to sustainability and safety protocols.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of luxury hospitality housekeeping experience, with supervisory or assistant‑manager responsibilities.
• Pre‑opening experience, including project coordination and document control, is mandatory.
• Proactive, anticipatory mindset with strong ownership and impeccable grooming.
• Commitment to sustainability practices aligned with Red Sea Global’s ethos.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management systems, specifically Opera.
