Assistant Store Manager

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across the store. This role acts as the deputy, taking charge when the Store Manager is absent and aligning the team with Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver high‑standard customer service and meet brand CX expectations.
• Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and implement initiatives to increase revenue.
• Manage promotional activities and coordinate with Buying and Planning to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain store compliance with company policies to minimize stock loss and damage.
• Ensure smooth store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, handling any disruptions promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience in retail operations or store management.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
• High school diploma; retail‑related qualification is a plus.
