Assistant Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

NADEC Foods is looking for an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of sales‑driving initiatives across its retail channels. You will work closely with the Trade Marketing team to enhance in‑store visual merchandising, promotions, and loyalty programs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing trade marketing plans, including promotions, sponsored listings, flash sales, and livestream events.
• Support the design of store branding, point‑of‑sale materials, and loyalty program concepts.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Manage the trade marketing budget and monitor campaign performance against KPIs.
• Prepare reports and presentations on campaign results and market insights.
• Coordinate with BTL agencies to produce and execute POS materials in line with brand guidelines.
• Contribute to the annual business plan, budgeting process, and strategic alignment of trade marketing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 36 months (3 years) experience in trade marketing or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable plans.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a cross‑functional team.
