Associate Consultant (Consulting)

About the role

The Associate Consultant supports Elm’s consulting practice by assisting project teams in planning, executing, and delivering high‑quality consulting services. The role involves direct client interaction, analysis of business challenges, and preparation of deliverables that align with Elm’s policies and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support project teams in understanding client needs and translating them into actionable work plans.
• Assist in preparing work plans, timelines, meeting materials, and project documentation.
• Monitor project activities, identify potential roadblocks, and escalate issues to project leadership.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops, gather inputs, and document outcomes.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries.
• Conduct basic analysis to support findings and recommendations.
• Design clear presentations, reports, dashboards, and other communication materials.
