About the role

Sia is seeking an Associate Consultant to join its Energy practice in Saudi Arabia. The role combines management consulting with advanced digital technologies to help energy clients improve performance, innovate, and make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support energy‑sector projects by applying AI, data analytics, and advanced computing tools.
• Develop and validate predictive models using NVIDIA GPUs and CUDA.
• Analyze large data sets to uncover insights for strategy, cost reduction, and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of relevant experience in consulting, data science, or energy analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical results into business value.
