Associate Director - Operational Readiness

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a motivated Associate Director to lead operational readiness initiatives for world‑class entertainment and cultural projects. You will coordinate cross‑functional activities, monitor preparedness, and help ensure smooth project launches that align with the company’s vision and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of operational readiness plans for successful project openings.
• Collaborate with project, operations, and training teams to integrate operational requirements and readiness milestones.
• Conduct readiness assessments, identify gaps, risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate and manage training programs for operational staff to ensure optimal preparedness.
• Monitor KPIs related to operational readiness and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders to promote a unified approach.
• Contribute to best‑practice tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in operational readiness, project management, or operations within entertainment, hospitality, or large‑scale project environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage complex project timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience organizing training programs and operational readiness activities is highly desirable.
• Understanding of the regional market and cultural context is an advantage.
