Associate Director – Operational Readiness

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an Associate Director – Operational Readiness to lead the preparation and launch of its flagship entertainment and cultural projects. The role ensures that facilities are ready to operate safely and deliver exceptional guest experiences from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve operational readiness plans aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, operations and stakeholder teams to embed readiness considerations throughout project phases.
• Lead readiness assessments, identify risks and gaps, and design mitigation strategies for successful launches and sustained operations.
• Oversee training programs and development initiatives to prepare staff and operational teams for performance standards.
• Establish, monitor and report on KPIs related to operational readiness, providing recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying industry best practices and a guest‑focused mindset.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in operational management or readiness, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in large‑scale infrastructure or entertainment projects.
