Associate Manager, Quality Operations

About the role

This position supports the analysis and tracking of cybersecurity‑related requests. You will review incoming requests, understand their context, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure actions are completed on time.

Key responsibilities

• Support the analysis of cybersecurity requests.
• Review each request to grasp its purpose and requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to clarify details and gather inputs.
• Track request status and required actions until completion.
• Document updates, progress, and outcomes for each request.
• Identify and highlight gaps, delays, dependencies, or needed support.
• Prepare summaries and updates on request analysis and tracking.
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, governance, and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts and terminology.
• Ability to analyze requests, understand context, and define required actions.
• Experience in coordination, tracking, analysis, or operational support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proficient documentation, reporting, and tracking capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to cybersecurity work.
