About the role

Effat University College of Business is seeking qualified candidates for full‑time faculty positions at the rank of Associate or Full Professor in Entrepreneurship. The successful professor will join a dynamic academic community, delivering innovative teaching and advancing scholarly research.

Key responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Entrepreneurship using practical, innovative methods.
Enhance the department’s research profile through high‑quality scholarly publications.
Supervise student theses, projects, and research activities.
Secure research funding and foster strong industry collaborations.

Required profile

PhD (with BSc and MSc) in Entrepreneurship from an accredited university.
Minimum five years of teaching experience at both graduate and undergraduate levels.
Demonstrated record of high‑impact research and publications in top journals.
Ability to generate research funds and maintain industry relationships.
Strong management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English.
