Associate Vendor Manager – Retail Vendor Recruitment

About the role

Amazon is expanding its Retail business in Saudi Arabia and seeks a proactive Associate Vendor Manager to drive new vendor collaborations for Amazon.sa. Based in Riyadh, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding vendors to enrich the product selection for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, assess and negotiate with potential vendors through cold‑calls, trade fairs and commercial events.
• Guide vendors through the onboarding process, including catalogue data integration and training on Amazon’s internal tools.
• Act as a business consultant, providing insights and advice tailored to each vendor’s profile.
• Analyze vendor performance, produce reports and recommend improvements.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers, contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in account management, project/program management or buying.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience using Excel or similar business‑analytics tools.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment.
