Attraction Manager – Taif

About the role

The Attraction Manager will lead daily operations of the attraction in Taif, ensuring smooth service, safety, and financial performance. Reporting to the Attractions GM, the role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and guest experience management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the Attractions department’s goals.
• Oversee procurement, inventory control, and vendor relationships to guarantee timely and cost‑effective supply of goods.
• Manage budgeting, expenditure monitoring, and financial reporting to meet revenue targets and control costs.
• Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and coaching of a large, guest‑facing team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards while leading risk‑management initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and represent the attraction in cross‑functional meetings.
• Analyze market trends and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of operations management experience in entertainment or hospitality, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and complex, guest‑facing operations.
• Professional certification in Operations Management or Project Management preferred.
• Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 5 kg.
