Audit & Assurance Manager / Senior Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking a forward‑thinking Audit & Assurance Manager or Senior Manager to lead audit engagements across Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. The role combines client relationship management, business development and team leadership within a leading Saudi audit and consulting firm.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management and monitor client satisfaction.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and cross‑sell services.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress and ensure audit expectations are met.
• Foster teamwork, empower staff and conduct performance reviews with career counselling.
• Take ownership of audit engagements, ensuring compliance with firm quality standards and risk policies.
• Manage, motivate and guide audit teams throughout the audit cycle.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, presentation and team‑leadership abilities.
• Ambitious, energetic and creative, comfortable working in multicultural, multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven record of business development and cross‑selling audit services.
• Experience managing a large portfolio of audit clients of varying sizes under tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and ISA; financial services experience is a plus.
