Automation and Data Transformation Specialist

About the role

Linnk Group is seeking an experienced Automation and Data Transformation Specialist to design, develop, and maintain automated data workflows that enhance business efficiency. The role focuses on leveraging Python, Alteryx, and Denodo to integrate data from enterprise data warehouses and APIs, while supporting reporting and data governance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and automate business workflows using Python, Alteryx, and Denodo.
• Gather business requirements, create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and produce process documentation.
• Generate dynamic reports and dashboards in Excel, PDF, and PowerPoint using enterprise data.
• Integrate data from the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and external APIs, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver end‑to‑end automation solutions.
• Support data governance initiatives and continuously optimize automation performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data automation and transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in the banking domain is preferred.
