About the role

We are seeking an AV Support Specialist with over three years of experience in audio‑visual and meeting‑room support. The role involves managing AV equipment, preparing meeting rooms, supporting video‑conferencing systems, and delivering real‑time technical assistance during VIP and hybrid meetings.

Key responsibilities

Manage and maintain audio‑visual equipment across meeting spaces.
Prepare and configure meeting rooms for presentations and video conferences.
Provide immediate technical support during live meetings, including VIP and hybrid sessions.
Coordinate with room‑booking systems to ensure seamless scheduling.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in AV or technical support.
Strong knowledge of AV equipment and presentation tools.
Experience with video‑conferencing platforms and meeting‑room setup.
Excellent troubleshooting and real‑time support abilities.
Professional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential and VIP meetings.
