B1 Instructor

About the role

Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance is seeking a B1 Instructor to lead technical training for H145 aircraft maintenance technicians in Khamis Mushait, Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and continuously improve on‑the‑job training (OJT) curriculum for both fresh and advanced maintenance technicians.
• Create teaching aids such as charts, graphs, handouts, overheads and slide decks to support technical courses.
• Supervise new maintenance technicians during training evaluations and maintain accurate training records in compliance with PSS/GSAC policies.
• Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements and successfully pass the PSS/GSAC interview.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent aviation training program (minimum 2 years).
• EASA Part 66 or FAA licence preferred, with a type rating on the H145 helicopter.
• At least 5 years of proven H145 maintenance experience (military or civilian) and 3 years as a technical instructor.
• Instructor qualification/course certificate from a recognised organisation.
• English proficiency – IELTS 6.0 or equivalent for non‑native speakers.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for record‑keeping.
