B2B Collector

About the role

Nestlé Waters, which produces Al Manhal and Nestlé Pure Life in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Collector – B2B to join its Riyadh team. Reporting to the Head of B2B, the role ensures accurate and timely collections while keeping strong customer relationships across corporate, institutional and HORECA channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end collection and receivables processes for assigned B2B customers, ensuring timely payments and account reconciliation.
• Carry out daily field visits and direct customer interactions to follow up on outstanding balances, resolve billing issues and strengthen relationships.
• Work with Finance, Sales and Customer Service to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.
• Maintain customer payment histories, credit limits and updated account records.
• Analyze aging reports, identify risks and proactively engage customers to reduce overdue balances.
• Provide weekly collection forecasts and status updates to management.
• Comply with Nestlé's Code of Business Conduct.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable or customer service, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
