Bar Supervisor – Luxury Resort Beverage Operations

About the role

Raffles The Red Sea is looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead the beverage service at our new luxury resort in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing a high‑performing bar team in a premium hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule bar staff, providing training, performance reviews, and professional development.
• Maintain strict inventory control, monitor stock levels, and manage ordering to optimise costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and local hospitality regulations.
• Operate POS and beverage management software to track sales, inventory, and staff performance.
• Develop and update beverage menus, including non‑alcoholic drinks and mocktails, aligned with resort standards.
• Analyse beverage costs, pricing strategies and profitability to meet financial targets.
• Conduct regular staff training on beverage knowledge and service techniques.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and collaborate with other departments for seamless operations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of supervisory or management experience in a bar, restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Proven experience in luxury hotel or resort beverage operations.
• Strong leadership, team‑building and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to analyse costs, manage budgets and drive profitability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using inventory management software.
