About the role
The Master Barista will support the Beverage Manager in delivering exceptional coffee experiences across the hotel’s outlets, bars and banquet areas. Working on‑site, you will ensure every cup meets the highest standards of taste, presentation and service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare perfect espresso shots, cappuccinos, lattes and a variety of specialty coffee drinks.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, ensuring correct pressure and extraction.
- Assist the Beverage Manager with daily coordination of beverage operations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality control and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in coffee cupping sessions to deepen product knowledge.
Required profile
- Passionate “people person” with a strong focus on customer experience.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team‑player who works well with colleagues across food & beverage areas.
Required skills
- Espresso machine operation and maintenance.
- Coffee brewing techniques and recipe execution.
- Knowledge of major coffee growing regions and flavor profiles.
