Beauty Consultant - Chanel

About the role

Chalhoub Group, a luxury retailer in the Middle East, is hiring a Beauty Consultant for its Chanel store in Riyadh. The consultant delivers outstanding customer service, uses appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets, and keeps the counter clean and stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to build strong loyalty.
• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, uses and services, and advise them on the best product ranges.
• Demonstrate the usage and benefits of brands and products, and generate sales against line and sales targets.
• Track sell-out targets at store level and generate daily sales reports.
• Handle new launches, promote products and ensure merchandising meets brand guidelines.
• Keep counters clean, restock shelves and counters in good time, report stock shortages and receive stock according to procedure.
• Maintain high grooming standards and track post-launch sales and incentives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the beauty industry.
