Bilingual Community Manager – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Community Manager to work as an AI Trainer, interacting with chat‑bot models in both Arabic and English. You will assess the bots' logical performance, create novel conversation scenarios, and help improve model quality through detailed evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with AI chatbots in Arabic and English to test their conversational abilities.
• Design and write diverse, complex dialogue prompts that challenge the models.
• Measure progress, evaluate output correctness, and provide feedback for model refinement.
• Document findings and suggest improvements to enhance overall performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar expertise.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
