Billing Specialist - Legal Accounting

About the role

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, is hiring a full-time Billing Specialist for its Riyadh office within the Revenue Management Department. The role supports firm-wide accounting and billing functions with an emphasis on quality and efficiency of work product.

Key responsibilities

• Process client bills accurately and efficiently using Pre-bill Viewer and paper bills
• Support special projects and ad hoc reports requested by the manager
• Act as backup for cash applications, accounts payable and attorney trust accounts
• Research and answer accounting and billing questions
• Assist with accounting functions in international offices
• Process check requests, expense reports and invoices, and handle petty cash and reconciliation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 5 years of general accounting experience in a legal or service-related industry
• Proven ability in accounts payable, client billing and trust accounting
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows-based software, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Accounts payable knowledge, including Concur
• Quick learning of new software applications
