About the role
We are seeking a full‑time on‑site BIM Architect to join our team in Riyadh. The role involves architectural design, BIM software development, integration and day‑to‑day project management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and produce construction documentation.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and ensure seamless integration.
- Manage project tasks, stakeholder communication and timelines.
- Prepare and submit authority approvals in line with the Saudi Building Code and related regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Architecture Engineering).
- 5–7 years of experience in architectural design and BIM coordination.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Required skills
- Revit (BIM) – strong proficiency.
- AutoCAD.
- Navisworks (desired).
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) (desired).
