BIM/CAD Modeler – Interior Design & Technical Detailing

About the role

We are seeking a skilled BIM/CAD Modeler with a strong focus on interior design and technical detailing to support Flow’s projects across the MENA region. The role involves translating design intent into accurate Revit BIM models and comprehensive CAD documentation for high‑end residential, hotel and office developments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Revit BIM models for architectural and interior design packages.
• Produce interior construction documents including furniture plans, floor finishes, reflected ceiling plans, lighting, power, plumbing, elevations and sections.
• Create detailed drawing sets for bespoke joinery, kitchens and custom furniture.
• Prepare and manage schedules for doors, windows, ironmongery and joinery, ensuring proper tagging.
• Integrate FF&E and material specifications into the model and drawing sets.
• Coordinate interior elements with structural and MEP disciplines to achieve clash‑free designs.
• Maintain Revit families, templates and ID‑specific components in line with Flow’s BIM standards.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with Saudi building codes and internal design standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in interior design documentation for high‑end real‑estate or hospitality projects.
• Strong design eye with attention to joinery, material transitions and furniture integration.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
