BIM/GIS Manager

About the role

Bechtel is seeking a BIM/GIS Manager to lead its BIM and CAD team while supporting GIS and broader digital delivery activities for the King Salman International Airport project in Riyadh. Reporting to the PMIS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering state‑of‑the‑art airport terminals through advanced modelling and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the BIM and CAD team across multiple airport terminal projects.
• Integrate GIS data with BIM models to support design, construction, and asset management.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and internal quality procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and external consultants to deliver digital deliverables on schedule.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, model libraries, and data exchange protocols.

Required profile

• 13+ years of experience in BIM, GIS, or related digital construction disciplines.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary BIM/CAD teams.
• Strong understanding of airport or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
