BMS Technician – Facility Management

About the role

The company is seeking experienced BMS Technicians to support facility management and operation & maintenance projects across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region. The role involves installing, commissioning, and maintaining building management systems for large‑scale facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Commission and troubleshoot BMS hardware and software on site.
• Calibrate control systems and ensure proper integration with HVAC, fire safety, and other building services.
• Interpret electrical wiring diagrams and perform fault diagnosis and repairs.
• Configure BMS software, program PLCs, and integrate subsystems for seamless operation.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or I.T.I. in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in facility management or building operation & maintenance projects, preferably in Gulf countries.
• Fluent in English or Arabic.
