Booking & Customer Service Agent

About the role

We are seeking an organised and professional Booking & Customer Service Agent to manage appointments and provide excellent support for our salon and in‑home beauty and wellness services. The role involves handling enquiries, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a smooth client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media and our booking platform.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule and cancel appointments accurately.
• Explain services, prices, packages and availability to clients.
• Coordinate with therapists, drivers and operations to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate client profiles, booking details and follow‑up records.
• Follow up on payments, confirmations and customer feedback.
• Resolve concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Recommend suitable services and add‑ons without pressuring clients.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, bookings or reception; salon, spa or hospitality background preferred.
• Strong spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Excellent telephone etiquette, attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to stay calm during busy periods and handle complaints respectfully.
• Availability for scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends.
