Branch Accountant

About the role

The Branch Accountant will support the branch’s financial operations by preparing quotations, processing customer orders, managing cash and collections, and issuing financial documents. The role ensures accurate record‑keeping and smooth coordination with internal teams while adhering to company policies and financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, professional quotations for external companies and follow up until closure.
• Communicate directly with companies and customers, receiving and responding to orders promptly.
• Follow up customer orders to completion and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage cash amounts and transfers with full responsibility and accuracy.
• Coordinate with the branch collector to reconcile collected dues against customer accounts.
• Perform cash reconciliation and handle cash responsibly.
• Issue invoices, receipts, and refunds, recording financial entries accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to fulfill customer orders and ensure smooth operations.
• Verify invoices, delivery notes, and related financial and inventory documents.
• Maintain organized financial records for audit and reporting purposes.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, cash‑handling, or similar roles.
• Strong communication, organization, and high‑accuracy skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Odoo ERP system (preferred).
• Experience using POS billing systems.
