Branch Manager – Jubail

About the role

The Arabian Security & Safety Services Company (AMNCO) is establishing a new branch in Jubail, Saudi Arabia and seeks an experienced, commercially‑driven Branch Manager to lead its market expansion across the Eastern Province.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and represent AMNCO’s Jubail branch, supporting company growth in the Eastern Province.
• Identify, pursue and secure new projects, tenders and commercial opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial companies, contractors, government entities and developers.
• Promote AMNCO’s security guarding and physical security systems services.
• Coordinate with technical, operational, commercial and tendering teams to prepare proposals.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity and investment opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on client engagements, pipeline and branch performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in branch management, sales, client relations or project acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of the Jubail and Eastern Province market with an established professional network.
• Experience in security services, physical security systems or related B2B sectors is preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel within the Eastern Province.
