Branch Specialist – Al-Nairyah

About the role

The Branch Specialist will work in the Al‑Nairyah branch of SNB, delivering high‑quality banking services to customers. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to develop banking expertise and build strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell the bank’s strategic products while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers.
• Execute banking operations in line with internal standards and quality requirements.
• Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and guide clients to electronic channels.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of customer information and records.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and Saudi Central Bank regulations.
• Perform all cash transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.) following established controls.

Required profile

• Saudi national, fresh graduate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Finance & Investment, Banking, Insurance, Sales, English, Computer, or Public Relations.
• Good academic performance (minimum GPA classified as good).
• Successful completion of recruitment assessments and interviews.
