Brand Management Director

About the role

The Brand Management Director will lead the development and execution of STC’s corporate brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand equity and image across the Saudi Telecom Company portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the development and implementation of corporate communication plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Direct and manage the Brand Management Department, providing leadership and facilitating high‑performance work processes.
• Manage change within the department, offering guidance and support for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Translate STC business direction into strategic brand‑building activities and communication strategies for KSA and group levels.
• Develop and evolve the STC brand strategy, including proposition, values, tone of voice, architecture, strapline, colors, imagery style and guidelines for ATL, BTL, TVC production and digital.
• Enforce strong brand guardianship, monitoring and approving all ATL/BTL/Digital campaigns for consistency with brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain brand health measurement mechanisms, overseeing surveys and recommending improvement initiatives.
• Supervise day‑to‑day advertising activities, assessing creative ideas, messages and executions.
• Oversee the evolution of STC brand photo libraries and maintain brand integrity across product lines and advertising.
