Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

Geely Auto Group is looking for a dynamic Brand Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing strategy across KSA and the UAE. You will drive brand awareness, market penetration and consumer engagement for multiple automotive brands.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with global and regional teams to adapt and localise marketing strategies that align with brand identity.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends, insights and growth opportunities in different countries.
• Work with regional marketing teams to ensure consistent brand execution while tailoring to local markets.
• Oversee creation of marketing materials and campaigns, including digital content, advertising, PR and events.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and adjust tactics to meet targets.
• Manage the brand marketing budget to maximise ROI.
• Stay current with global marketing trends and integrate innovative approaches.

Required profile

• 5+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven success planning and executing events such as conferences, auto shows and product launches.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics across cultures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.
• Creative and strategic thinker with solid analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Mandarin or Arabic language skills are a plus.
