Budgeting Manager

About the role

The Budgeting Manager leads the development of comprehensive financial models, drives business performance forecasting, and oversees advanced financial analysis and reporting across all business units. Acting as a strategic partner, this role ensures that financial plans are tightly aligned with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and multi‑year long‑range planning for all business units.
• Partner with department heads to set financial targets and operational plans.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable financial models for SaaS, cloud services, and other business lines.
• Prepare and deliver detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
• Analyze key revenue and cost drivers to identify optimization opportunities.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance FP&A efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (master’s degree a plus).
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the technology sector.
• Professional certifications such as CMA or CFA are advantageous.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
