Buggy Host – Guest Transportation at Raffles The Red Sea

About the role

The Buggy Host will provide premium guest transportation across the Raffles The Red Sea resort, ensuring a smooth and memorable journey between villas, dining venues and other facilities. This role combines safe vehicle operation with personalized guest engagement in a luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate electric buggies to transport guests safely, adhering to resort speed limits and KSA driving regulations.
• Conduct daily pre‑shift inspections of buggies, checking battery levels, tire pressure and cleanliness.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or personal items with care and professionalism.
• Maintain constant communication with Front Office and Concierge to coordinate timely pickups and drop‑offs.
• Promote sustainability by managing vehicle charging efficiently and reporting mechanical issues.
• Uphold Raffles grooming and conduct standards, delivering bespoke guest interactions.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (a hospitality degree is an asset).
• 1–2 years experience in a guest‑facing role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Valid Saudi Arabian driving licence.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic or other languages highly desirable.
• Physical fitness to work outdoors in varying weather and handle heavy luggage.
• Creative, detail‑oriented mindset with a proactive, anticipatory approach.
• Understanding of ultra‑luxury guest expectations and brand standards.
• Experience in pre‑opening phases is required.
