Building and Infrastructure Sales Head

About the role

Bureau Veritas India is looking for a senior sales leader to drive revenue growth in the building, construction and infrastructure markets across Saudi Arabia. The role combines strategic business development with hands‑on account management, requiring deep industry knowledge and a proven sales track record.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the building and infrastructure sectors.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, architects and project managers.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and technical documentation for prospective customers.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and manage post‑sale client reviews.
• Monitor Saudi building codes, infrastructure standards and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with technical teams (engineers, inspectors, certifiers) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor junior sales staff and represent the company at industry events.

Required profile

• 15+ years of sales experience in building, construction, infrastructure or related industries.
• Proven record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
• Strong B2B sales background, preferably in technical or professional services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
