Business Administration Manager – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Administration Manager to lead daily administrative, HR, and operational functions for a leading fit‑out contractor in Riyadh. The role supports senior management, coordinates across multiple departments, and drives process improvements to sustain growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day office and business administration, ensuring smooth operations.
• Develop, update, and enforce operational policies, procedures, and KPI monitoring.
• Coordinate between HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Business Development, and Project Management.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations.
• Supervise office facilities, assets, licences, travel arrangements, and procurement of supplies.
• Design and implement efficient workflows, drive digital transformation, and lead ERP/HRMS implementation.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and support budgeting and tender processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Management or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in administration, HR, or business operations within construction, fit‑out, engineering or contracting.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour regulations and experience with organizational restructuring or business expansion.
• Proven leadership, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
