Business Analyst – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. The role focuses on gathering and analysing requirements, documenting processes, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, use cases and process maps.
• Analyse existing processes, identify gaps and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and support testing and user‑acceptance activities.
• Monitor requirements throughout the project lifecycle and contribute to change‑management efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering technology or digital‑transformation projects.
