Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will analyze existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design strategic solutions that boost operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, translate stakeholder needs into actionable insights, and support project goals through data‑driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders to capture and document requirements.
• Map and evaluate current business processes, pinpointing inefficiencies and proposing enhancements.
• Develop and maintain detailed business requirement documentation and process diagrams.
• Use analytical tools to evaluate data, generate insights, and support strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare and present business cases, project updates, and performance reports to senior leadership.
• Assist in designing user‑friendly solutions for data collection and reporting.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and refine project scope.
• Support project management by tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to gather and document requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
