Business Analyst – Strategy & PMO Support

About the role

The Business Analyst – Strategy & PMO Support will bridge project management and strategic initiatives, providing market insights, performance metrics, and analytical support to drive business improvements. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work closely with senior managers and cross‑functional teams while developing core analytical and project‑management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to uncover strategic opportunities.
• Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and business performance.
• Support project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of deliverables.
• Prepare reports and presentations that translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align project objectives.
• Maintain PMO documentation and ensure records are up‑to‑date.
• Identify project risks and issues, providing decision‑support for mitigation.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and address their analytical needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or a related field.
• Exposure to business analysis and project‑management concepts through internships or academic projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce clear reports.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Trello or JIRA for project tracking.
• Competence with the Microsoft Office Suite.
