Business Continuity Consultant

About the role

Muller's Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Continuity Consultant to design, implement, and continuously improve its Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework. You will work closely with business units, IT, and security teams to ensure critical operations stay resilient during disruptions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the BCM framework, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify critical functions, dependencies, and recovery requirements.
• Perform continuity and operational resilience risk assessments.
• Create and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), Crisis Management Plans, and Disaster Recovery coordination procedures.
• Facilitate awareness sessions, workshops, and training programs.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute tabletop simulations and disaster recovery tests.
• Evaluate test results, produce reports, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, third‑party vendors, and ensure compliance with ISO 22301 and other regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Risk Management or related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, or Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of the BCM lifecycle and ISO 22301.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
