About the role
Analyze business needs and data to improve processes, define requirements, and support decision‑making across stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver validated requirements and user stories
- Produce actionable insights from business data
- Improve workflows through process mapping
- Support KPI tracking and reporting
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and change adoption
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years experience in business analysis or related role
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Knowledge of process improvement and KPI design
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Required skills
- SQL
- Tableau or Power BI
- BPMN (process mapping)
- Jira
- Confluence
