Business Data Analyst – Riyadh

About the role

Datamatics Global Service is looking for an experienced Business Data Analyst to join its Riyadh office. You will support data‑driven decision‑making by exploring complex business data, uncovering insights and turning them into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, anomalies and business insights.
• Analyze complex datasets to support business performance and operational analysis.
• Conduct detailed analysis of HRDF business processes and related data.
• Collaborate closely with end users and business owners to gather requirements and validate analytical outputs.
• Translate analytical findings into clear reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and relevance across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT‑related discipline (e.g., Information Technology, Data Analysis, Computer Science).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst on data and analytics projects.
• Proven experience in exploratory data analysis and business‑focused analytics.
• Strong communication skills with business users and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and awareness of data quality.
