Business Development & Client Acquisition Manager – Dammam

About the role

The Business Development & Client Acquisition Manager will lead high‑impact initiatives to attract new clients, expand the customer base, and drive measurable revenue growth in Dammam and the wider Eastern Province. The role requires strong market relationships, a proven track record in revenue generation, and the ability to design and execute effective business development strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and consistently grow the company’s customer base in the Eastern Province (Dammam).
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key business partners and clients.
• Identify and pursue high‑value partnership opportunities that contribute to revenue expansion.
• Strengthen existing business relationships to maximize recurring revenue.
• Develop and execute business development strategies that directly increase company revenue.
• Analyze market trends and think strategically to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• More than 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the Eastern Province market.
• Demonstrated achievements in client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong network and established relationships within the Dammam business community.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to execute successful development strategies and achieve measurable targets.
• Focused, results‑driven, and goal‑oriented.
