Business Development Executive / Marketing Specialist

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for motivated, results-driven Business Development Executives and Marketing Specialists to join its team in Saudi Arabia. The role drives business growth by identifying new market opportunities, raising brand awareness and building relationships with potential clients. It works closely with the marketing team to promote recruitment services and engage target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities and enhance brand awareness
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and run marketing strategies for recruitment services
• Conduct market research and manage lead generation campaigns
• Take part in networking events to promote the company's offerings
• Communicate the value of the services to potential clients and stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably in the recruitment industry
• Strong understanding of market research and analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Self-motivated, results-driven and proactive; a driving licence is preferred
