Business Development Executive – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The KSA Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth for our client by promoting their full range of construction capabilities across the Saudi market. You will act as the primary liaison with clients, partners and internal teams, delivering presentations, managing relationships and ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through proactive business development.
• Represent and promote the client’s projects, services and value proposition to existing and prospective customers.
• Lead introductory presentations and coordinate with the KSA team for technical support.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and partners, tracking leads, bids and sales performance.
• Review RFPs, summarise requirements and facilitate collaboration between Commercial, Finance and Design teams.
• Organise and host bid meetings, ensuring comprehensive bid responses.
• Monitor proposal conversion rates and develop strategies to improve them.
• Provide client feedback to pre‑contract and post‑contract teams.
• Develop industry networks and attend relevant events to expand market knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of executing commercial bids and solving problems proactively.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to learn from experience and implement process improvements.
